Preventative Roofing Repair and Maintenance

Here we are with our first snowfall of the season already under our belts. This is a great time to start thinking about roof repairs and maintenance before the full winter season is upon us.

As a customer of Ohana, you will receive monthly routine roof checks. Our technicians will visually inspect the roof condition of the membrane, flashing, and drainage. The technician will ensure that the roof is cleared of any debris or sharp items that could damage the roof system at the time of the inspection.

In addition to these monthly checks, you may want to consider a more in-depth, yearly preventative care solution. Our technicians have recently assisted property managers at multiple building locations to prepare their roofs for the upcoming harsh Colorado weather. They have identified any areas where the roofing membrane or flashing may have detached or deteriorated and carefully patched and repaired those areas to prevent leaks from coming into the building. They also checked for cracked or missing sealant at walls and around flashing material.

Contact us today if you would like to schedule preventative roofing repair on your building.
